Welcome to AgentXYZ. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AgentXYZ website, applications, APIs, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by AgentXYZ (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

  • We do not provide investment advice, and any information provided through the Services should not be construed as such;
  • You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and the consequences thereof;
  • Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible, and losses due to fraudulent or accidental transactions may not be recoverable;
